Alternatively, replay the recording to determine which section
needs extracting. Once you have determined the part of the
recording you wish to extract, move the Extract From slide bar
and the Extract To slide bar to the required positions.

Click the Extract button to extract the recording. The extracted
part of the recording will be displayed in the Extract List area.
10 To preview the new recording click the P’view button.
Azam will build the recording and
11 Click the Build button.
the Dictation Recorded dialog box will appear. From the
Recorder dialog box you can enter the title of the recording in the
Subject field. You can playback the recording and add Index
Comments to the recording, or just playback the recording to
verify its new form.
12 Fill in the required fields then select the Save button to save the
recording.
Note: The recording produced as a result of the mixed recordings
will always be set to the recording quality selected in the options
menu.
