The user has therefore to separately procure the necessary hardware and commercial software environment. CGS operates in the following hardware environment: Note: for an more detailed definition refer to the custumer support services. Server: SUN SPARC, memory > 256 MB, disk > 2 GB Workstation: SUN SPARC > 256 MB, color screen Printserver config.: SUN SPARC, 64 MB memory In addition the following hardware is required for specific tasks: Test node configuration: SUN Ultra, memory > 256 MB, disk > 2 GB The required commercial software environment to run CGS is as follows: For the SUN: SOLARIS 2.7 or 2.8 Oracle 8.1.7 Dataviews 9.9/Run–Time GNAT Ada Compiler 3.14a1 (if Ada API is used) Copyright per DIN 34
