F1 help requires Adobe Reader to be installed on your
computer. The latest version can be downloaded from
https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/
Always reopen help topics
In order to jump to a particular help topic when you hit F1, Adobe Reader
needs to close and reopen the help document.
While this is can be a useful feature, we recognise it is not always desirable,
so you can turn off the behaviour by unticking this menu item.
When unticked, Adobe Reader will remain open, but may not always jump to
the expected section when you hit the F1 key.
