GoSystem Audit
GoSystem Audit companies have only one file (*.mdb).
Subleads are not converted.
Intacct
The Intacct import includes account numbers, account descriptions, and current year
balances only.
ACE for DOS
Only one grouping schedule can be converted.
ATB for Windows
In ATB for Windows, leads and subleads are found under the Analytical Ratios tab.
Classifications are not converted. After converting, select Setup > Update with Industry
Standards to create them, then assign them manually.
If the company is set up in ATB with grouping schedules rather than leads, the grouping
schedules are not converted to leads. When this happens, create an ASCII file containing
columns for Account number, Lead, and Lead description. Use the grouping schedule names
as Lead descriptions. In the column for Leads, enter a unique identifier for each grouping.
Import the file using the ASCII file import instructions in Importing ASCII Account Balances on
page 21.
Tax lines are not converted.
QuickBooks™
The database file required for import is *.qbw. This file is created by QuickBooks versions 4,
5, 6, 99, 2000-2013.
QuickBooks databases to be imported require unique account numbers.
Note: To enable account numbers in QuickBooks, select Edit > Preferences >
Accounting > Company Preferences > Use Account Numbers.
The import process does not require the QuickBooks program for versions 2005 and before.
However, for QuickBooks 2006 and later, it is mandatory that the company being imported is
open in QuickBooks for the first import. The user can then select an option to allow access to
the company without QuickBooks being open.
Password protection activated in QuickBooks is not transferred to ProSystem fx Trial
Balance.
The Setup > Import Account Balances option allows flexibility when used to import Years
of data, Interim Periods, and Fiscal Year specifications. See Importing Account Balances on
page 20 for more details.
First month of fiscal year is enabled for importing QuickBooks annual databases only.
Import as current year is available for Annual and Interim Period Trial Balance
databases. Use this option to import prior year QuickBooks databases.
