1. PRIX FERMES
À condition de remplir de façon
satisfaisante ses obligations en
vertu du contrat, l’entrepreneur
sera payé un prix unitaire ferme,
tel que spécifié à l’annexe
« C »pour les services stipulés à
l’annexe « A »assurés pendant la
période du contrat. La taxe sur les
produits et services est en sus, s’il
y a lieu.
1. FIRM PRICE
In consideration of the contractor
satisfactorily completing its entire
obligation under the contract, the
Contractor will be paid a firm unit
price, as indicated in Annex « C » for
the services set out in Appendix « A »
that are provided during the contract
period. The Goods and Services Tax,
Quebec Sale Tax or Harmonized Sale
Tax is extra, if applicable.
TERME DE PAIEMENT - MENSUEL / TERMS OF PAYMENT MONTHLY
Les paiements se feront en fonction du
tableau de l’échéancier suivant :
Le fournisseur émettra des factures
mensuelles équivalentes au 1/12 du
montant total. Il doit inscrire sur chaque
facture, le numéro et le titre du contrat, le
numéro du bon de commande, le nom du
chargé de projet et les détails de la
facturation.
Payments will be made according to table
of the following schedule :
The Contractor will issue monthly
invoices equal to 1/12 of the total
amount. On each invoice, the Contractor
shall record the number, the contract
title, the purchase order number, the
Project Authority’s name and the
invoicing details.
Le Ministère pourra aussi annuler des
programmes spécifiques et ajustera le
montant mensuel en conséquence. Il peut
aussi instaurer de nouveaux programmes à
la station et le calcul des frais
supplémentaires se fera avec le taux
The Department may also cancel specific
programs and adjust the monthly amount
accordingly. The Department may also
establish new programs at the station,
and the calculation of additional expenses
will be based on the hourly rate
