B.9.1 MANUELLE
VERLÄNGERUNGEN
Le prolunghe manuali sono elementi
telescopici uso gancio che è possibile
utilizzare per aumentare lo sbraccio
della gru. Vengono inseriti all’interno
dell’ultimo sfilo idraulico della gru e
bloccati tramite perno.
The manual extensions are telescopic
components that can be used only with
the hook to increase the crane range.
They are inserted inside the final
hydraulic extension of the crane and
locked with a pin.
Die manuelle Verlängerungen sind
Zubehöre, die man nur mit Haken zur
Erhöhung der Ausladung des Kranes
verwenden kann. Sie werden innerhalb
des letzten Ausschubes eingeführt und
mit Sperrbolzen blockiert.
La portata della prolunghe è costante
(vedi §A.1.1) e indicata nel diagramma
portate. In ambito CE è obbligatoria
l’installazione del limitatore di carico
(vedi manuale).
The max load of the manual extensions
is constant (see §A.1.1) and indicated in
the load diagram.
In EC countries it’s mandatory to install
the load limiting device (see manual).
Die Tragfähigkeit der Verlängerungen
ist konstant (siehe §A.1.1) und im
Lastdiagramm angegeben. In EG
Ländern ist es bindend, den Überlastabschalter zu installieren (siehe das
Handbuch).
Le prolunghe manuali devono essere
smontate quando non utilizzate: in caso
contrario si deve detrarre il loro peso
proprio dalle portate di targa. Questo
valore è punzonato all’estremità di ogni
prolunga manuale.
The manual extensions must be
removed when not in use: otherwise
their weights must be subtracted from
the rated capacity. This value is
punched on the end of each manual
extension.

When you need to move a load
with the manual extension, always
check that the load to be hoisted
doesn’t exceed the nominal capacity
of the extension.

installazione delle prolunghe manuali
sulla gru è la seguente:

extensions on the crane:

Nel caso in cui l’operatore
debba movimentare manualmente la
prolunga, deve farsi aiutare da
un'altra persona se il peso supera i
25 kg (20 kg per donne) (vedi §A.7.1).
If the operator must move the
extension manually, another person
is required for help if the weight is
higher than 25 kg (20 kg for women),
(see §A.7.1).
