config 2 Purpose Parameters Command Example This command sets the role value that is associated to an existing username. The role value can either be set to an administrator or an operator. This value defaults to “none” when the user is first added to the database. This value must be changed for all new CLI and Web users before they will be allowed access to their respective interfaces. This command has two required parameters: username A valid Web or CLI username in the local authentication database. privilegeLevel This parameter assigns the privilege level to a username. Currently only Web and CLI users can be assigned a role value. This parameter must be either administrator or operator. Root> config security authentication user role 01:2A:3f:4:5:0:0 administrator config.security.authentication.user.show Syntax Purpose Parameters show interface This command displays a single interface from the local authentication database. This command has one optional parameter: interface Command Example Output Example The interface that will be displayed. Accepted values for this parameter are: cli web api eport nport.
