4.8.4
Hardware Reservation.
The Hardware Reservation form will be requested when a worker needs a
temporary PC, printer or network access. This flow only needs one approver
who is the department manager.
The fragments contained in this e-SRF are:
A. header fragment: requestor
It’s a fragment required which contains some fields automatically retrieved from active directory, through userID of the user that logged in to
the workspace.
B. For whom and where
It’s to indicate where should go.
C. Duration
How long it is going to be required.
D. PC
How many PCs they are going to need.
E. Printer
How many printers they are going to need.
F. Network access
Whether they need network access and what kind of.
