58 CHAPTER 4. DEFINITION 4.8.5 Telephone coverage. The Telephone Coverage form will be requested when a worker needs something related with the pickup group, coverage path or hunt group. This flow only needs one approver who is the department manager. The fragments contained in this e-SRF are: A. header fragment: requestor It’s a fragment required which contains some fields automatically retrieved from active directory, through userID of the user that logged in to the workspace. B. Pickup Group This is to create a new one or modify an existing group. C. Coverage Path This is to create or remove a coverage path (see section 4.6.3). D.
