Troubleshooting, continued Problem A flow-based schedule will not run, or a station will not run on a flow-based schedule Solution View the LOG screen View the STATUS screen View the STATUS DETAILS screen Try one of the following solutions: There is no programmed volume for a station or stations. Check the STATION SETTINGS screen for each program to view the programmed volumes. See Chapter 5, Station Settings If You Selected Program by Volume. There is no estimated or actual flow rate defined for a station or stations. Check the STATION SETUP screen to view each station’s estimated and measured flow values. If necessary, enter estimated water flows for each station. To record measured flow for each station (with a flow meter connected the controller) run a Flows Test. See Chapter 4, Setting Estimated Water Flow; Chapter 4, Viewing Measured Water Flow; Chapter 7, Running the Flows and Amps Tests. See the solutions listed under “The controller will not execute a programmed schedule” and “A station will not activate” for additional solutions. Problem An ET-based schedule will not run, or a station will not run on an ET-based schedule. Solution View the LOG screen View the STATUS screen View the STATUS DETAILS screen Try one of the following solutions: The ET Source has been defined as Weather List but no ET value has been selected from the weather list.
