If you have lots of clips redundantly layered above each other, choosing the Collapse
uncomposited clips option will take this one step further by working out which clips are
redundant and removing or shortening them. This will tidy up your timeline even further, as
illustrated below.!

It will not collapse clips that it knows are transparent, such as text objects and certain filters
and generators. If you have added a plugin with transparency, you can add it to the effect
blacklist within preferences. Once the name of the filter is added, Timeline Tricks will not
collapse clips that contain this filter.!

For best results, make sure that the current Easy Setup is set correctly for your project and
that the clips on the timeline have corresponding master clips in the browser.!

For more complex sequences, you may need to run the collapse operation more than once.!
