Note: To display the view in all of the layout windows at the same time (if multiple layout windows are being used), activate Same Zoom. 8.3.8 Total View (View menu) To display the entire job, including objects outside the margins, after you have used any of the other View options. Choose Total View from the View menu. Note: To display the view in all of the layout windows at the same time (if multiple layout windows are being used), activate Same Zoom. 8.3.9 Actual Size (View menu) This function allows you to view the actual size of your job. 8.3.10 Same Zoom (View menu) To zoom in or out, the same way in all windows without changing the display mode. Activate Same Zoom in the View menu. 8.3.11 Zoom to Selection This function allows you to zoom automatically on the selected area in your job. 8.3.12 Previous View (View menu) To display the previous view of the active window after you have used any of the other View options. Choose Previous View from the View menu. With Previous View you can toggle between the last two views. 231 8
