A chart configuration consists of four types of elements: Filters, Dimensions, Measures and Chart type. • Filters are used to select the items you wish to examine (for example all items in a specific sprint). • Dimensions are used to group items by some property (for example Bug Severity or Assigned User) • Measures specify which properties you wish to measure per item (for example Work Remaining). Chart type specifies the visual representation used for the chart (e.g bar, pie, line or table). or example, consider that you wish to create a bar chart showing the number of bugs tagged to a specific release per severity level.
