Importing FPGA libraries UM-69 Importing FPGA libraries ModelSim includes an import wizard for referencing and using vendor FPGA libraries. The wizard scans for and enforces dependencies in the libraries and determines the correct mappings and target directories. Important: The FPGA libraries you import must be pre-compiled. Most FPGA vendors supply pre-compiled libraries configured for use with ModelSim. To import an FPGA library, select File > Import > Library. Follow the instructions in the wizard to complete the import. ModelSim SE User’s Manual
