6.5.1 LUBRICATING THE MOTOR PULLEY
BEARING
Lubricate the bearing (1) in the motor pulley (2)
with grease. To dismantle the clutch unit, follow
the procedure described in Section 2
“Maintenance”.
Warning; if you change the pulley (2), you must
also change the internal ring (3).
6.5 2. SAFETY INTERLOCK SWITCH
FUNCTIONAL TEST
To work in safe condition it is necessary that the
interlock switch of the cover works properly.
Before to start the work session (at least one
time per day) open the top cover and verify that
the machine switch PAUSE mode. Then close
the covers and press start to resume the job. If
the machine doesen’t swirch in PAUSE status it
means that the onterlock switch is demaged. In
this case please off the machine and call the
service.
