DECI_PNT_NUMB_X: The parameter defines the
precision of display parameter. For example, if you
would like to display 3 bits after the decimal point, it
should be defined as 3.
ACTIVE_X: The parameter value is FALSE or TRUE.
When other parameters are configured ready, you
should write it as TRUE so that it can activate the
configured parameters, and later, the related
parameter info will be shown in the LCD of smart
temperature transmitter.
