CARE AND MAINTENANCE
The trapKAT is an electronic musical instrument that was designed to take a pounding - from a pair of
drum sticks - not from rolling down the stairs. Simply use good judgment and your trapKAT will
provide you with years of enjoyment.
Don’t pour or spill liquids on your trapKAT. Don’t leave in a very hot car for extended periods of time.
Don’t leave in overly damp areas for extended periods of time.
Do not clean the pads or metal surfaces with alcohol or solvents.
If you want to clean the pads, dampen a cloth with Armor All™ and wipe the pads down. Do not squirt
the liquid directly on the pad.
