Template Editor Toolbar Variations When working with the template editor, each template is created in three formats - HTML, RTF and Plain Text. It is advisable to create a version of each template to allow for cases where email is sent in any format. With Exclaimer Signature Manager, creating different versions of a template is made simple, using the HTML, RTF and Plain Text tabs at the top of the template editor. When a tab is selected, toolbar options are updated to show options that are relevant for that format.
