6.6 TermandTermination.ThelicensecommencesuponyouruseoftheINREACHProductandService,
oruponyourdownloadingofanyassociatedSoftwareupdates,andiseffectiveuntilterminatedby
YouorInReachLLC.Ifyouwanttoterminate,youmaydosobyceasingtoutilizetheINREACH
ProductandterminatingtheassociatedServiceasallowedundertheTermsofService. Youagree
thatwemayterminatethisEULAandtheprovisionofassociatedServicestoyouatanytimewithout
noticeorliabilitytoyouifyouareinbreachofthisEULAoractinanymannerwhichclearlyshows
youdonotintendto,orareunableto,complywiththeEULA.InReachLLCmayalsoterminatethis
EULAifrequiredtodosobygovernmentalregulatorybodyand/orlaw. Insuchevent,youmust
ceaseusingtheINREACHProductandService.Allprovisionsrelatingtoconfidentiality,indemnity,
proprietaryrights,andnon-disclosureshallsurvivetheterminationofthisAgreement.Allother
rightsandobligationsofthepartiesshallceaseuponterminationincluding,butnotlimitedto,all
licensesgrantedhereunder.IfterminatedbyInReachLLC,InReachLLCmayplaceanoticeonyour
accountormaysendanemailmessagetoyourlastemailaddressknowntoInReachLLC. InReach
LLCwillhavenoliabilityifyoudonotreceiveInReachLLC’snotification.
6.7 CommercialItems/USGovernmentRestrictedRights.CommercialItems/USGovernment
RestrictedRights. ThisSoftwareanddocumentationhavebeendevelopedentirelywithprivate
funds.TheuseoftheSoftwareandrelateddocumentationbyanyentityoftheUnitesStates
GovernmentisrestrictedbythetermsofthisEULA. TheSoftwareandrelateddocumentationare
"CommercialItems",asthattermisdefinedat48C.F.R.§2.101,consistingof"Commercial
ComputerSoftware"and"CommercialComputerSoftwareDocumentation",asspecifiedunder48
C.F.R.§12.212or48C.F.R.§227.7202,asapplicable.Consistentwith48C.F.R.§12.212or48C.F.R.
§227.7202-1through227.7202-4,asapplicable,theCommercialComputerSoftwareand
CommercialComputerSoftwareDocumentationarebeinglicensedtoU.S.Governmentendusers
onlyasCommercialItemsandwithonlythoserightsasaregrantedtoallotherenduserspursuant
tothetermsandconditionsherein. Unpublished-rightsreservedunderthecopyrightlawsofthe
UnitedStates.
6.8 ExportRestrictions.TheSoftwaremaybesubjecttoexportcontrolsorrestrictionsbytheUnited
Statesorothercountriesorterritories.YouagreetocomplywithallapplicableU.S.and
internationalexportlawsandregulations,includingrestrictionsondestinations,endusers,andend
use. Youagreenottoexportorre-exporttheSoftwareortheINREACHProducttoanycountryin
violationoftheexportcontrollawsoftheUnitedStatesofAmerica. TheSoftwaremaynotbe
exportedorre-exportedintoanyU.S.embargoedcountriesortoanyoneontheU.S.Treasury
Department'slistofSpeciallyDesignatedNationalsortheU.S.DepartmentofCommerceDenied
Person’sListorEntityList.ByusingtheSoftware,yourepresentandwarrantthatyouarenot
locatedinanysuchcountryoronanysuchlist.Youalsoagreethatyouwillnotusetheseproducts
foranypurposesprohibitedbyUnitedStateslaw,including,withoutlimitation,thedevelopment,
design,manufactureorproductionofnuclear,missiles,orchemicalorbiologicalweapons.
6.9 Indemnity.Tothemaximumextentpermittedbylaw,youagreetoindemnify,defendandhold
