2.2 Resources:
8. Every Project Task requires certain Resources to be performed. These Resources are divided in to
four categorized - Labor, Lump sum, Material and Machinery. In other words, the Resources are
those that - what we buy, hire, own. Program assumes that Resources are associated with rates per
unit, transportation costs, and taxes and so on.
9. Labor resource is also called Manpower, while Lump sum resource is called at time Money resource
or LS, or contract or /subcontract as per convenience.
