File Type
Certain file types can be automatically denied to ensure the proper use of the printer. This setting pane also
allows the administrator to restrict printing jobs that are over a certain data size; a maximum allowed page
length or a maximum cost, in addition, the system can also deny print jobs who’s file size contains a certain
keyword.

An option to either “Allow all file types” or to “Deny all file types”.
Except the following file type(s)
Add file extensions to this table to exclude them from the above clause, if “Allow all file types” is selected
but some extensions are present in the “Except” table, then these will be the only file types which CANNOT
be printed by this group, if “Deny all file types” is selected but some extensions are present in the “Except”
table, then these file types will be the only file types which CAN be printed by this group.
• Add file types to this table by clicking “Add”, select the extension from the pop-up menu. To add more
extensions to this list, refer to Options ->File Type.
