General
This screen contains basic information about the selected group. Any changes made in this screen will only
take effect once the Service Control has been restarted.
The settings for this group can be quickly changed by applying a template from this screen. If a previous
template has already been created through the template, select it from the drop-down menu at the bottom
of the screen and click “Apply Template”.
Group Name
The unique identifier for this group.
Total Users
The number of members in this group. Click on the value to view a list of these members.
Default Quota
The maximum amount of printing cost allowed during a period of time. The maximum quota length of this
period of time can be configured in Group Property ->Quota.
Total Jobs
The number of jobs printed by members of this group. Click on the value to the Print Log.
Total Pages
The number of pages that have been printed by members of this group. Click on the value to view the Print
Log.
Total Cost
The total amount of money that has been spent on printing by members of this group. Click on the value to
view the Print Log.
Audit
To set whether the jobs sent by members of this group require the authentication of an administrator.

A description of the group.
Click “Save” to update any changes made in this screen.
If any of the default changes for this group have been changed, the set of changes can be saved as a new
group template. Click “Save As Template” to do this.

Group Restrictions
A number of different restrictions can be placed on a group to deny access to the printing resources under
certain circumstances. PrintUsage Pro supports access restrictions for groups in five areas. These are, Printer,
Time, File Types, Quota and MFP Functions (Multi Function Printer).
