The following features are available only where operating conditions permit: • Forced Disconnect - Enables the PSAP attendant to release a connection on a 9-1-1 call even if the calling party remains off-hook. • Called Party Hold - Enables the PSAP attendant to hold a 9-1-1 connection even if the calling party hangs up. • Emergency Ringback - Allows a PSAP attendant to ring back the caller's line. Additional 9-1-1 Features are available only when there is direct trunking from the originating central office to the PSAP and when the PSAP CPE has the appropriate signaling capability.
