Notification ping
failure to either
SMTP or SNMP
server.
Ensure relevant
server is available.
Check Notification
configuration.
One or more key
services are not
running.
Check running
services and enable
any which have
stopped.
If a service fails to
start, reboot the
Appliance.
Hardware failure.
Contact Plasmon support.
Data is not migrating to media.

media and add
blank spares.
SSM Service not
started.
Open the System Services page and
start SSM. If this
fails reboot the
Appliance, then
attempt to start
SSM.
If this also fails
contact Plasmon
support.
