• On a model that shares the
device's scanner memory
with other functions, the
device failed to secure
memory when running a
function other than the scan
function.
• Wait a while until
processing of the other
function is complete.

• The system resources of the
device became insufficient.
• Wait until the resource
shortage is resolved.

• An unrecoverable error has
occurred on the device.
• Record the error code
shown on the screen,
and then contact your
service representative.

• An error has occurred in the
hard disk.
• Restart the device. If the
message appears
again, contact your
service representative.

• There is not enough free hard
disk space.
• Delete any unnecessary
files saved in the device
and secure enough free
hard disk space.

• There is a problem with the
application or the device.
• Restart the iOS device.
If the message appears
again, contact your

• The other error occurred
