2.2.5.1 Unprocessed Alerts If you select ‘Unprocessed Alerts’ system fetches all unprocessed alerts marked for the currently logged in user and displays it. The user can view the unprocessed messages and select one or more messages by checking the adjoining checkbox and click ‘Process’ button. Once the message is processed the status is updated accordingly in the system. 2-15
