GETTING STARTED Click the Getting Started link on the menu bar to begin using Bloomberg BNA’s Benefits Practice Resource Center ™ and select any of these options: First-Time User Setup – information on the hardware and software requirements. • Tours – introductory Adobe® Flash™ tours of the Resource Center. • Searching Benefits Practice – guidance on using the specific components found in Benefits Practice. • Additional Help includes Training and Support – contact information for BNA’s Customer Contact Center, complimentary training, FAQs and content support resources. • Sign Up for Email Updates (see below). SIGN UP FOR EMAIL UPDATES Your subscription to Bloomberg BNA’s Benefits Practice Resource Center™ includes email updates. Click Sign up for email updates on the banner. The unique User Name/Password and a subscription’s components determine the email choices available to a subscriber. Subscribers have the ability to customize and manage their updates. Click the checkbox to select the email title(s). The selection automatically moves to the Your Selections column. Click FAQ for detailed instructions. To delete a selection, click the X, or deselect the title. Click the Info icon to display description information about the available formats. Save to retain any changes. 2
