CENTRO TECNICO INFORMATICO S.A. (HEREINAFTER "CENTRO TECNICO"), IS
WILLING TO LICENSE THE ENCLOSED SOFTWARE TO YOU ONLY IF YOU
(HEREINAFTER "THE LICENSEE"), ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS IN THIS LICENSE
AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU INSTALL THIS
SOFTWARE. BY USING THE SOFTWARE (REGARDLESS IF YOU HAVE REGISTERE D
THE SOFTWARE OR NOT), YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF
THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT,
DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE AND DESTROY ALL COPIES IN YOUR POSSE SSION.-Ownership of the Softwa re
The software EXPERTEASIER (HEREINAFTER "THE SOFTWARE"), the name "EXPERTEASIER",
and the accompanying written materials are owned by CENTRO TECNICO and are protected
by Argentina copyright laws, by laws of other nations, and by international treaties.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------General terms of License
CENTRO TECNICO grants to THE LICENSEE the right to use the licensed copy of THE
SOFTWARE for one and only one user. THE LICENSEE may copy THE SOFTWARE to as many
computers as needed.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Multi-user License
CENTRO TECNICO grants to THE LICENSEE of Multi-user License the right to use THE
SOFTWARE for any number of users as long as the corresponding licenses are purchased at
regular rates. THE LICENSEE may copy THE SOFTWARE to as many computers as needed,
using the licenses codes provided by CENTRO TECNICO. Other way, THE SOFTWARE will work
in DEMO MODE, for a period of 30 days, 30 openings, or any 30 new records, whichever
occurs first.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Restrictions on Use and Transfer
THE LICENSEE may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble THE SOFTWARE. THE
LICENSEE may not modify and recreate a similar version of THE SOFTWARE, whether for sale

THE SOFTWARE is a database based on FileMaker Pro v10.x (© FileMaker Inc.).---•
THE SOFTWARE is designed to work ONLY under APPLE MACINTOSH platform, using
OSX version 10.4.11, 10.5 or later, 10.6 or later, using Filemaker 10.0 v3 (not provided
with THE SOFTWARE) in multiuser mode, 512 Mb minimum memory installed. Other
platforms ARE NOT SUPPORTED.---•
FusionCharts is a system required for charting (© Infosoft Global). Activation code
is provided when purchasing THE SOFTWARE. In DEMO MODE, it will work for a limited
period, showing a demo legend.---•

Apple, Apple Logo, Mac, Macintosh, OSX, AppleCare and GSX are trademarks of
Apple Inc.---•
RSS coverter is a file needed to access news(© 2002 Ryo Sode).---•
THE SOFTWARE is ONLY provided by means of DOWNLOADING a ZIP file from
internet site http://www.experteasier.com.ar. Each LICENSE will be provided by MAIL. NO
PHYSICAL SUPPORT WILL BE PROVIDED.---•
All logos and trademarks used in the user manual, are property of respective
owners.---Limited Warranty
CENTRO TECNICO warrants that the THE SOFTWARE will perform substantially in accordance
with the accompanying written materials for a period of 90 days from the date of your
receipt of THE SOFTWARE. Any implied warranties on THE SOFTWARE are limited to 90
days. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on duration of an implied warranty, so the
above limitation may not apply to you. CENTRO TECNICO DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE AND THE
ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS. This limited warranty gives you specific legal
rights. You may have others, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. CENTRO
TECNICO’S ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE, AT
CENTRO TECNICO’S CHOICE, EITHER (A) RETURN OF THE PRICE PAID OR (B)
REPLACEMENT OF THE SOFTWARE THAT DOES NOT MEET CENTRO TECNICO’S
LIMITED WARRANTY AND WHICH IS RETURNED TO CENTRO TECNICO WITH A
COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT. Any replacement THE SOFTWARE will be warranted for the
remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer. This Limited
Warranty is void if failure of THE SOFTWARE has resulted from modification, accident, abuse,
or misapplication. NOTE: If a Site License is to be returned, then a written document must
be submitted to CENTRO TECNICO stating THE SOFTWARE, the plug-ins, and all
accompanying materials have been removed from the licensee’s possession, and removed
from any and all computers it was installed on. IN NO EVENT WILL CENTRO TECNICO
BE LIABLE TO THE LICENSEE FOR DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES BASED UPON
THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ANY ERRORS, OMISSIO NS, FILE
DAMAGE, DEVELOPMENT ERRORS, LOSS OF PROFIT S, LOST SAVINGS, O R OTHER
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR
INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. CENTRO TECNICO WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE
BY THE POSSIBLE CHANGES, AGGREGATES OR REMOVALS MADE IN THE
PROGRAMMING OF THE WEB SITES OF THIRD PARTIES, THAT SOMEHOW LIMIT OR
PREVENT THE DOWNLOAD OF DATA MADE BY THE SOFTWARE (FOR EXAMPLE,
AND NOT LIMITED TO APPLE WEBSITE, APPLE GSX, WARRANTIES, E XCHANGE
RATES, ETC) AND NEITHER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE OF THE VERACITY OR
PRECISION OF SUCH DATA. TH E OPERATION OF SOFTWARE IS ONLY
GUARANTEED USING VERSION 10.0 v3 OF FILEMAKER PRO (FOR THE MULTIUSE R
VERSION) AND WORKING ON APPLE MACINTOSH PLATFORM USING APPLE
COMPUTERS WITH POWERPC G5 O R INTEL PROCESSORS RUNNING AT 1.6 GHZ OR
FASTER SPEED WITH APPLE SCRIPT ON. CENTRO TECNICO WILL NOT BE
RESPONSIB LE BY ANY CHANGES INTRODUCED BY FILEMAKER INC. IN THE
PROGRAMMING OF ITS DATABASE APPLICATION THAT COULD MODIFY THE
NORMAL OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE. THE LICENSEE HAS A FREE
EVALUATION PERIOD FO R ANY TESTING PURPOSES OF THE F ULL WORKIN G DEMO
(EXPORTING
EXCLUDED).

FOR LIC ENSEE P URP OSES . Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not
apply to THE LICENSEE. In such cases, DO NOT USE OR PURCHASE THIS SOF TWARE.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, República

THE SOFTWARE and documentation are provided with Restricted Rights. Use, duplication, or
disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions set forth in subparagraph (c)(1) of
The Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or
subparagraphs (c)(1)(ii) and (2) of Commercial Computer Software - Restricted Rights at 48
CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.
