Multigrow User Guide Alerts The Multigrow will raise alerts when certain events happen to let you know of any potential issues. If you have a subscription to the Device Management System then you will also receive alerts via SMS and email. Alert types There are three types of alerts that will be raised, in order of worsening severity: • Warning - the colour yellow, this alert level is to warn you that something is about to become a problem and needs to be investigated • Alarm - the colour orange, this level tells you of a damaging situation that requires urgent attention • Error - the colour red, this alert level is specific to problems with peripherals (e.g. invalid readings or blown fuses) How to tell if you have active alerts You can instantly see if any alerts are currently active by looking at the Home section. The button in the middle will show All OK if there are no active alerts. Otherwise it will give you a summarized report with the count of the different types of alerts. You can tell where the alerts are by looking at the Readings section. The tabs and fields will change colour depending on the type of alert: Active The Active tab shows alerts that are currently active. From this page you can see the current reading known by the alert, along with the highest reading (Peak) and lowest reading (Trough) seen so far. There is also a Mute button that opens a dialog from which you can silence an alert for a specified amount of time. Ver 1.00 481 © 2014 Autogrow Systems Ltd
