Multigrow User Guide Solar pETo Effect: In order for the solar to effect the pETo volume the tick box at the top must be ticked. If it is not the effect will be zero. The value listed here is the effect the accumulated solar will have. Current: The current solar being measured. This value is feed from the group solar configured on the settings page. Accum. Solar: The current accumulated solar radiation since the last irrigation. Effect: How the accumulated solar will affect the pETo volume. This value is proportional so will be calculated even if the current accumulated volume has not been reached. As you can see above the accumulated radiation is 14.8J/cm2 with the current setting of 1.00mm / 100.0J/cm2 this equates to 0.14mm. Wind pETo Effect: In order for the wind to effect the pETo volume the tick box at the top must be ticked. If it is not the effect will be zero. The value listed here is the effect the accumulated wind will have. Current: The current wind being measured. This value is feed from the weather stations and this must be properly configured in order for this to work. Accum. Wind: The current accumulated wind since the last irrigation. Effect: How the accumulated wind will affect the pETo volume. This value is proportional so will be calculated even if the current accumulated volume has not been reached. As you can see above the accumulated wind is 308m with the current setting of 1.00mm / 100000m this equates to 0.03mm. Vapor Pressure Deficit (VPD) pETo Effect: In order for the VPD to effect the pETo volume the tick box at the top must be ticked. If it is not the effect will be zero. The value listed here is the effect the accumulated VPD will have. VPD Level: Since the VPD is a constant reading it is only necessary to accumulate it once it has reached a significant level. As the it rises the air can carry more vapor which aids evaporation. Once the VPD reaches the level set here it will being to accumulate in order to give a better representation of how Current: The current VPD being measured.
