Command Reference BSM 2. The source channel forces the Stop value, and the monitor channel executes a measurement. If the search target value is out of the range between the measured value at the Start value and the measured value at the Stop value, the search stops. 3. The source channel forces the Stop-D/2 value (or Stop+D/2 if Start>Stop), and the monitor channel executes a measurement. If the search stop condition is not satisfied, the measured data is used to decide the direction (+ or –) of the next output change. The value of the change is always half of the previous change. 4. Repeats the output change and measurement until the search stop condition is satisfied. For information on the search stop condition, see “BGI” or “BGV”. If the output change value is less than the setting resolution, the search stops.
