For the first Parameter related to “off-state” field, enter 0 if the Reverse Current and Reverse Voltage values are available, or, if they are not provided, enter the Forward Current value. 7. For the second Parameter related to “off-state” field, enter 0 if the Reverse Current and Reverse Voltage values are available, or, if they are not provided, enter the Peak Reverse Blocking Voltage value. 8.11.9 Zener Model Maker 1. From the Model tab of the Component Properties dialog box, click Add/Edit. The Select a Model dialog box appears. 2. Click Start Model Maker. The Select Model Maker dialog box appears. 3. From the Model Maker list, select Zener and, to continue, click Accept. (Click Cancel to return to the Model tab.) The Zener Model dialog box appears. 4. Enter values on the Zener Model dialog box as described in the following sections. 5. When all values are entered, click OK to complete the model, or click Cancel to cancel.
